About our Physiotherapist

Adrian worked in health and fitness for many years, helping people to feel comfortable about using the gym and being conscious of their health through movement.

This led him into Sports Massage and ultimately into Physiotherapy, where he studied at Sheffield Hallam University.

While there, he became interested in the spine and the skill to make various adjustments to this area of the body. He is now an Extended Scope Practitioner within his field and continues to use spinal manipulations to help his patients.
